Every month, iTookThisToday awards a prize to the person who submits our top picture. Pictures will be judged by a panel of professional photographers.

The Rules
- Photos will be voted on by a panel of professional photographers.
- Due to the large number of photos posted to iTookThisToday™, the judging period will be 14 days from the first of the month.
- The winner will be contacted via email and have their photo featured on the site.
- The top five photos will also be featured.

The Nitty Gritty
Each Submission that is entered into the Contest must meet ALL of the "Submission Requirements" set forth below (any Submission that, in iTookThisToday™'s good faith judgment, violates the following criteria will be disqualified):
- The Submission must be taken on an iPhone or camera phone.
- The Submission must be the submitting entrant's original unmodified, previously unpublished photographic work;
- The Submission must not include any images or text that is obscene, pornographic, libelous, illegal, discriminative, disparaging of the Promotion Entities, infringing of the rights of any third parties, or otherwise objectionable;
By entering into this Contest, each entrant represents and warrants that (i) his or her Submission is entrant's own original, previously unpublished work; (ii) that entrant owns the copyright in and to the Submission; (iii) that such Submission does not violate the rights of any third party or infringe or violate any law, and as of the date of the Submission, is not the subject of any actual or threatened litigation or claim; and (iv) the Submission does not and will not violate any applicable laws, and is not and will not be defamatory, libelous, pornographic or obscene. Note: iTookThisToday™ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Submission in the Contest if iTookThisToday™ views the Submission as potentially infringing or otherwise a violation or potential violation of a third party's rights or if it deems the Submission to be lacking in taste, quality, or to be otherwise objectionable.
