kirkbolamThanks guys! Paul, we run a Horse Centre here in England, mainly Shire Horses, but we have many others! Basically, horses that would go to meat or have been abused etc. We also do a lot of themed activity with the horses, and I designed this poster aimed more at that, to get more publicity.
williamhelmuthG'night, Kirk, going to bed now: it's 3:10 am here on the West coast of USA. We put the clocks ahead 1 hour this Sunday at 2 am (except for the states of Hawaii & Arizona).
kirkbolamAhh! G'night, William! Have a nice night :) Yes! I know you do! We change ours on the 27th :) Finally, some nice light evenings to look forward for :)!
sissyHmmm.. I'm thinking that the person she's talking to said, "I'm sorry he can't TALK to you right now". LOL .. I would say, "Hes still got his ear, right":)
michLook at your fame though. You still have green grass back there. Both of my farms especially where I work look like garbage mud 4" thick. Horses trashed everyday and my boss won't pay us to groom. Of course the dame is on a huge hill that doesn't help.
kirkbolamThat sucks, Mich! One of the reasons we still have grass is because we save certain fields during the winter. No horses/cars will go touch that field until late April. The horse in the pic is inside there because he's made his field a MUD BATH! I hate Winter.
michThat's nice. Patty puts certain fields to rests too. Not Cheryl. Patty treats her fields too so they recover nicely. I can't imagine how the fields at work are going to recover.
